is there a program i can download so i can make my own hacks at my house and if there is how can i make them plz and thank you in advance

PS2DIS would be it. all you do is find random addresses(the first 8 digits) and look at their last 8 digits. you then put that into at gameshark, changing some of the last 8 digits, usually being the last 2 or 4. Basically just leave the codes to The ArchAdmin, I tried it and it is very hard. In other words, don't try it.
