Inuyasha: The Secret of the Cursed Mask
Bandai will showcase Inuyasha: The Secret of the Cursed Mask for the PlayStation 2 at E3 2004. The role-playing game is based on the hit anime series, which is currently enjoying regular rotation on the Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block. The show itself revolves around a young schoolgirl named Kagome, who is accidentally teleported through time back to feudal Japan. Surrounded by magic and monsters, Kagome teams up with Inuyasha, a half-human, half-demon, and together they work to assemble the missing pieces of a magical jewel that could be disastrous were it to fall into the wrong hands.
Inuyasha: The Secret of the Cursed Mask will feature new, original characters created specifically for the game by anime artist Rumiko Takahashi, as well as many of the popular characters from the TV show. Additionally, you can expect more than 20 minutes of original anime cutscenes, exclusive to the game. Currently, Inuyasha: The Secret of the Cursed Mask is scheduled to hit shelves this fall. We will have more on the game from the E3 2004 show floor.
