Ladder starting in the ring

Is there any possible way I can make a ladder start in the ring other than a TLC match and be able to win by climbing the ladder and getting the belt. You see I'm trying to do a Ladder Cage match for my CAW League but I try doing a Cage match and the Ladder starts being out of the ring. Is there anyway I can have it start in teh ring?
