Is there away to find good codes out for GTASA like giving peds weapons of your choice.

i wouldent think so but there possibly could be but if you had the PC version you proberly be able to do things like that lol

there are a lot of sites that allow you to do it. My friend modded the hell out of GTA III. He edited his the main Character's look to make him look like a black dude, gambit from X-men, SPIDER-MAN, Etc. He also made that one construction site have the building built, He also edited the cars, edit the car's wheels, He also had one button cheats added, and some weird bridges in random places. So yeah there should be a lot of hacks for PC version.
He also added different crap to GTA Vice to like one button cheats 200% health and armor. etc.
