My previous 2 threads got locked and i didnt get the answer i wanted. I will post my questions again and i will be more specific this time:
1. In photoshop i can not find THE BUTTON for a new mask layer. i know how to blend properly so you dont have to explain that. I just need to know where the button for a new mask layer is. I have gone to the Layer button and there is nothing to do with a mask layer in there.
2. I need to know how to make text 3d using different colours and highlights like most people have in their banners. I checked good tutorials and i can only find 3D text which is like, square. iI want thw text to stand out in the centre of it using colours. A directy link to a tuorial would be good.

Both of you should know better than to hijack a topic. It could've easily been sent via PM/MSN.
