How To Make A Fake TV Shot By Vortex 1. Open up the picture you want to make into a fake TV Shot 2. Unlock the layer by double clicking it & pressing “OK” 3. Now go to the right of the picture & you will notice you get a curved double arrow. 4. Click & pull down a little way so it look something like this: 5. Now press the “tick” button at the top 6. Click Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur 7. Set the Radius to about 0.30 (No Higher) 8. Now go Filter > Blur > Motion Blur 9. Set the angle to about –8, Set the distance to about 12 pixels & Click “OK” 10. Now you should have something that looks like this: 11. Double click on the layer with the picture and click “Gradient Overlay” 12. Change the Opacity to about 43 and the angle to 180 13. Now click “Stroke” and adjust the size so it covers the transparent parts on the edge. 14. Then change the colour to black. 15. And your done, you’ve just created a “Fake TV Shot”
