Any host thats good.
You cant just use a host for hosting your files though, They usually dont allow that. Image shack will host swf files.

When you host it on imageshack. You need to view the frame source to get the embedded link.

ok when i use imageshack it changes the size from like 400x150 to 600x300 or something...why?

Its because its embedded into the site. Your need the src code to stick in your sig, which adjusts it to the size you set it in the src code.
To view the frame source (if using Firefox and Opera, dunno about IE) click View>Frame Source, then press CTRL + F and search for .swf

After you have the direct link to you .swf file, use this code to show the flash sig in places that support (Not here)
