Now, go to Filter>Render>Lens Flare, and set the lens flare size to 115. Place three as shown below. Now, go to Filter> Distort>Twirl and set the amount to 450. It should look something like this. How, go to Filter>Artistic>Plastic Wrap Apply these settings It should look like this Now go to Filter> Distort>Polar Coordinates and click on Polar to Rectangular It should look something like this Now apply a color (ctrl+U) and then duplicate the layer. Go to Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal. Now set the blending options to screen. Here is the final result
