ENABLE & DISABLE BODY TONING - CAWS [Note(s) 1]

With these codes, when enabled, the greyed-out option, Body Toning, in Create-a-Superstar will be selectable for female CAWs. In addition, females CAWs with the option, Body Toning, enabled will have the male stance & will use the male CAW's layers, such as male skins & the option to delete layer 10. If the option, Body Toning, is disable, a CAW, whether male or female, will have the female stance & will use the female CAW's layers, such as female skins & being unable to delete layer 10.
These codes are all SAVABLE.

NOTE: If the option, Body Toning, is enabled for a female CAW, or if it is disabled for a male CAW, avoid creating or changing any layers on a CAW's upper & lower body which have depth to them, such as jackets, pants, skirts, shoes, etc. If this is ignored, a male CAW will end up with a female CAW's body, & a female CAW will end up with a male CAW's body. To avoid this, only create upper & lower body layers which have depth on a female CAW when the option, Body Toning, is disabled, &, for a male CAW, when it is enabled.
