Well i'm coverted anyway. I got "Opera" (got not had ) and I'm very happy with it. I get less crap, less problems and since re-booting my PC, three days ago, have had no problems whatsoever. Gotta be good right?

Yes. I know some poeple are too lazy to get it but COME ON PEOPLE!!! It takes at most 15 minutes to download (at a 40 kb/s dialup connection) and once you start the dload it is pretty much hands free till you have to install it. And even THAT is easy. Just press next and accept the eula agreement and your done! Is that really so hard?

Opera officially pisses me off. I can't see half my stuff, cannot download the IGN vids easily and cannot download any simcity 3000 stuff (Things I do on a daily basis). But I refuse to get attacked by IE so firefox it is

That's something i never had prolems with it... ...maybe you need to get a plugin for it from thier site? Well, if all else fails Fire Fox is second best to Opera.

Internet is Internet in my opinion. You can't really force anyone to get a specific browser if they don't want to.

Who Said I was FORCING people to get a specific browser? And trust me, just any Internet is NOT internet. There are many different levels and ranks of internet in fact.. ...there are SO many factors of internet that it adds up to nearly a A BILLION different types of internet. In fact some forms are SO different that they are called "Ethernet" A word YOU should become familiar with. Now I don't mean to get anyone ticked off with me but as a computer expert it simply INFURIATS me that someone could think that all internet is the same!
Now Before I drag on obout all the things you people say that are COMPLETELY wrong about computers, I will explain how I am not forcing anything upon anyone. I don't necessaraly want anyone to actually SWITCH to opera or Fire fox but mearly to try them as the founder of this topic has mentioned. I want them to see for themself why we find the browser so good. I finish now on good terms, I hope.

*Liverpool accent* "okay calm down, calm down" (sorry to all scousers, I love ya really)
As for the Sim City site, I think it's an activeX control needed for the downloads. Either way Firefox simply states "Must use Internet Explorer" so I guess thats that, lol. No problem just for a daily new building check I spose.
I was thinking of getting Sim City 4 soon, any imput on that Afro? (yes okay it's a bit off topic...oopsy)

lol, your right. *takes a entire bottle of anti-stress drugs* AHHH!!!! That's better! ;D
Actually...I happen to OWN the game myself. I find it a MASS improvment to sim city 3000. The landscaping is amost perfectly realistic and there are a helluva lot more factors to figure in however. Like for instance. Low, Medium AND High residential taxes, 5 different commercial taxes and 3 industrial taxes. There is also the expansion that ussually comes with the game now that allows you to drive cars, helicopters, ships, you name it and use these in order to fulfill missions and get a higher/lower mayor rating and money and sometimes unlock special buildings. And not only can you PLACE disasters but you can CONTROL them as well!!
I highly suggest this game to anyone who is reading this.

Damn !!!! I will surely have to upgrade. I have really refrained myself from looking at the shots/vids as it tends to depress me if I have a previous game (such as looking at SvR 2006 now, SvR has been put out to pasture). But from what you say it's a huge improvement, and I love Sim City 3000. (the perades are great ). I apreciate the advice Afro. Thanks man.
