Always On Match Rules (GS2v3/v4 [PAL] & Xploder)

Always On Match Rules
I put these together in a single post so that you don't have to click 30 different links in the Code Index just to enter all the known Match Rules on your cheat-device. If you're not familiar with these codes, then let me explain their use: they let you use the rules of other matches, such as the Last Man Standing & First Blood rules in a Battle-Royal match, for example, as well as any other match while the Match Rule codes are active.
GS2v3/v4 (PAL) & Xploder
Note: The below codes for GS2v3/v4 (PAL) & Xploder are all in Hex. No converting is required to use them.

2-12 tables code dont work for xploder pal

I modified the values of the always have 4 - 12 tables. See if they work now.

i tried the 4 tables code, but u start the match with 2 tables. The game doesnt crash tho. and how do i use the Always Last Man Standing code? whenever i try it, it doesnt work. do i have the use the Pinfalls never on code with it?

I guess the values, 00000000, do not work for PAL for the Always Have x Tables (unless wanting to subtract). I modified the values for these codes again. They should all work now.
As for your question toward the Last Man Standing code, it should work without the help of any other codes. As to why it's not working, I don't know what its problem is? (The negative offset for NTSC to PAL for it should be 00000300.)
