Always On Match Rules (CB2 & GS2v3/v4 [NTSC])

Always On Match Rules

I put these together in a single post so that you don't have to click 30 different links in the Code Index just to enter all the known Match Rules on your cheat-device. If you're not familiar with these codes, then let me explain their use: they let you use the rules of other matches, such as the Last Man Standing & First Blood rules in a Battle-Royal match, for example, as well as any other match while the Match Rule codes are active.

CB2 & GS2v3/v4 (NTSC)

Note: The below codes for CB2 & GS2v3/v4 (NTSC) are all in Hex. No converting is required to use them.

for the backstage indicator code, does this mean thats it on no matter what match your in? So can i take it backstage for last man standing and the like? If i come back will it still be LSM or HIAC when I return?

Couldn't some of these codes like cage or HIAC screw up a Royal Rumble?

Is there anyway to get more than one ladder with gameshark? If so, could you please post the code for gs2v4 (NTCS)?

Which codes should i use if i want to have a 4-way Iron Man match? on the idea of the Low Ki/Spanky/Daniels/Williams match from ROH?

A 4-way Ironman match wouldn't work. Just like the 3 Stages of Hell match, this match only recognizes player 1 or 2 as a winner or loser. If player 3 or 4 were entered in the match, no matter how many wins or loses player 3 or 4 were to receive during a 4-way Ironman match, they wouldn't count.

I put the TLC code on and played an Elimination Chamber... results were invisible Tables/Ladders/Chairs :P

Any way of getting the codes for just plain elimination instead of tag and TLC champion match instead of just TLC?

Just wondering, I'd like them for GameShark V4 NTSC if you can.

Yes to both.

The elimination rule is done by using the "Battle Royal On" code. This will make any non-elimination match (such as triple threat) elimination rules.

(note: this will not work for Last Man Standing, Bra and Panties, Ironman or 3 Stages of Hell matches....see Trigins post above )

To make the "TLC" rule "Title" the code for "Ladder On" should be added...this will make it so you have to grab the belt to win.

Oh, I didn't even think of just turning Ladder rules always on, thanks!

Small problems with easy solutions are good.

Only if you mod the refs ID with the ID mods or I think theres another way but dont remeber what it is, It might just just be called Ref Mods. But other than that no.

Note: Do not use TLC always on during Slobber Knocker, it freezes.

Probably old hat but by strange coincidence, last night I played a Slobber Knocker match with the always ring out & never DQ's codes on & found I could assault the awaiting wrestlers on the outside of the ring. Made for some funny one-hit KO's upon their entrance when it was their time.
Well, it made me chuckle anyway.. lol

I've having trouble getting this code to work. Say I want 12 tables in a ladder match. Do I enter it in one cheat or two cheats and turn both on? Also my cheat device is the GS2/Media Player. I'm guessing it's Version 4 since thats the only version that I can get the Superstar Points Mod. to work with. And if I do enter it in just one cheat does it go like this?

201FAD84 0C07E7EC
201FAD8C 0C07E7EC
201FAD90 00000000
201FADA0 0C07E7EC
201FADA8 0C07E7EC
201FADAC 00000000
201FADB4 0C07E7EC
004920D3 00000001

Thanks for any help.

the problem when you use a always ?? tables code with a ladder match is that the belt is impossible to grab, as if the game don't recognize it. I never thought of this before, but if we joke the ladder match rules on & off, will we be able to grab the belt. It would be great for longer ladder matches if I just press the square button on controller 2 to turn it off, then press the circle button and the rules is on. Never tried, might do now.

Yes that is correct. But next time please just make a new post rather than bumping old and/or code topics please.
