Always On Match Rules

I put these together in a single post so that you don't have to click 30 different links in the Code Index just to enter all the known Match Rules on your cheat-device. If you're not familiar with these codes, then let me explain their use: they let you use the rules of other matches, such as the Last Man Standing & First Blood rules in a Battle-Royal match, for example, as well as any other match while the Match Rule codes are active.

BUMP for 3 Stages of Hell - always on, Battle Royal - always on, In-Ring/Overhead Camera - always on, Player 1 begins with 1 Win in 3 Stages of Hell, Player 2 begins with 1 Win 3 Stages of Hell, Player 1 begins with 10 Wins in Ironman, Player 1 begins with 25 Wins in Ironman, Player 1 begins with 50 Wins in Ironman, Player 1 begins with 99 Wins in Ironman, Player 2 begins with 10 Wins in Ironman, Player 2 begins with 25 Wins in Ironman, Player 2 begins with 50 Wins in Ironman & Player 2 begins with 99 Wins in Ironman.

In a Table-Ladder Match, would you have to get the belt or put your opponent through a table? ;)
